Forms for Salesforce supports organizations in achieving their Salesforce vision by breaking down the barrier between the powerhouse of Salesforce and struggles of streamlining data collection. Forms for Salesforce customers report saving 20 hours a week while improving their customer experience with dynamically prefilled forms, automated document generation, and streamlined digital signature collection—all without ever leaving their Salesforce org.

Today, we're sharing a new feature to help make the form-filling experience even easier for your end users: Save for Later. This feature helps Salesforce Admins by:

  • Optimizing the data collection experience - If you're seeing poor form conversion or users skipping fields, your form may be a hassle to complete. With Save for Later on Experience Forms, you empower your users to save their progress on a form and return to it whenever they like. No more pressure to complete everything in one go.
  • No-code implementation and use - The best part? You don't need to be a tech whiz to implement this game-changing feature. It's as simple as checking a box! Say goodbye to complex setups and hello to streamlined data collection.
  • Access saved submissions - Want to keep a close eye on those partially saved submissions? With Save for Later, you'll have a bird's-eye view into submissions that aren't yet complete.
